It's an old fashioned coffee shop/family diner style restaurant-the specials are great and the food overall is homey and tasty-great onion rings-order your fries extra crispy and you'll get hot fresh fries that are delicious-german pot roast, Turkey dinner on Sundays, California club sandwich-great omlettes that are hearty and full of goodies-real mashed potatos and a great collection of large meal sized salads-the service is friendly and once you start going they will know and remember you-they have worked hard from ten years ago when this place was just OK till now when it has been cleaned up and streamlined-it's a style of local, neighborhood food that is disappearing-I only held back one star because sometimes I think with a push they could kick it up a notch-potato salad isn't hard to make but they buy theirs-if they added a good pastry checf and did in house pies and turnovers it would make this a great location instead of just good-prices have moved up a bit but what hasn't and the quality is there-let';s keep Huff's around not to be confused with Hof's another local chain which is slowly disappearing.

This is our family's favorite restaurant when it comes to value and a friendly environment. They have GREAT service and the food portions are excellent. I like breakfast food for dinner and the omelettes are high quality. They include home cooked potatoes or hash browns + pancake or soup/salad. They also show sports on large HD TVs in both areas of the restaurant. You can bring your dog and sit on the patio if you want :)

I've lived near Huff's Restaurant in Lakewood for more than 10 years. I've eaten here many times, the prices are good the service is good and the food is always great. Thanksgiving is another time I've used Huffs services, The Turkey dinners to take home are great for a single guy, lots of food : )
